HOT MAT – Flexible heat for pastry chefs
Hot Mat with adjustable temperature, made of food grade silicone.
Offers a heated surface, on which you can work with sugar, chocolate, etc.
This allows to work with isomalt sugar without using lamp, preparing caramels, chocolate, fermenting dough and dairy, maintaining temperatures of coating baths, chocolate paints and gelatines.
Can be used for keeping food warm during catered events, dessication and dehydration.
