Carlos grew up in Rosario, Argentina and began cake decorating in 1990. He has always been self-motivated and self-taught to try and learn as much as he could from the world´s top sugarcrafters. His ever growing curiosity led him to take a few courses in Buenos Aires, Paris and London. He then got the chance to teach everything he had learned over those years in several schools in Argentina and Europe. He is currently working as a contributor to Cakes & Sugarcraft Magazine and teaches all over the world.
